Mission: Operation Uplift, Inc. is an Illinois licensed 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation founded in 1968 to operate a grass-roots self-help community wellness resource center.
Our programs are designed to research, plan and provide educational, socio-economical and cultural awareness empowerment for low-income, unemployed individuals and families.
It is our goal to stimulate community growth, tourism and economic cultural pride. We remain committed to serve as a human service catalyst for positive change and Hope for generations to come.
